My Husband Has A Cardiac Arrest Two Years Ago, He

My husband has a cardiac arrest two years ago, he was brought back to life with CPR & a defibillator, he was taken to hospital and had two stents put in. Since that time his behaviour & personality has been changing, more aggressive, irritable, not sleeping slight paranioa, is this a result of what happened to him.
He is also taking regular doses of prednsolone as he has severe muscle pain from taking statins, if this is his problem what can we do to find him help
