My Husband Has A Colonoscopy Tomorrow At 8:30AM He Took

My husband has a colonoscopy tomorrow at 8:30AM he took drank his first liter of Moviprep at 5:30PM (finished at 6:30PM) Then drank 16oz of water like he was supposed to. And he is supposed to drink his second liter at 3:30AM but he hasn't had a bowel movement yet and it's been almost 4 hours is this normal?
