My Husband Has A-fib. Lately He Has Been Staying Cold

My husband has a-fib. Lately he has been staying cold and his body temperature will not stay up. He says his body isnt keeping him warm like he isnt circulating and heat. My question is could this be from his heart not pumping right. Also tonight he closed his eyes while they were praying and just fainted and came right back out of it.
