My Husband Has A High Blood Pressure Over 200/110, He

My husband has a high blood pressure over 200/110, he is taking a lisinopril but it is not working. The Doctor gave him a medicine that he can take if his blood pressure is over 180 but it is not helping. His blood pressure is constaly high all the time. When his blood pressure is high is shaking. He lost a lot of weight with in three weeks since he got sick. He has a head ache and sometimes cheast pain.
