My Husband Has A History Of The Beginning Of Cereous

My husband has a history of the beginning of cereous in 2013 and last summer in July he was in an serious accident and went through three surgeries in three weeks in which his liver was unstable for the first 15 days he leveled out and went home after a month. While he was there he had to take serious pain meds and continued to manage his pain for the first six months on tramadol. I was wondering the long term affect. also today he began to throw up but no blood yet this time and diarrhea and does not have a fever. is this an issue beginning of trouble again
