My Husband Has A Huge Amount Of Kiloids On His

My husband has a huge amount of kiloids on his ches and back...some on the back of his head...the ones on the back of his head often bleed, we buy new pillows several times a year....there are several on his chest that bleed, have drainage and a horrible smell....what to do?
