My Husband Has A Infection In Leg That Is Now

My husband has a infection in leg that is now in the bone. Goes to wound center and started hyperbaric chambers about 2 weeks ago. He gas mussed two days due to feeling extremely bad. Body geeks like it ios on fire. Called the center but know one answer. What could be wrong. Does have other health problems, he is 55.
