My Husband Has A Lump Under His Right Rib Which

My husband has a lump under his right rib which was painful to touch after playing hockey. Wakes up ever morning with pain and extreme gas. Burping a lot. Says he drinks a lot of water lately. Was diagnosed with duodenal ulcer years ago. Feels like pressure and gas all the time. Symptoms seem to be getting worse.
