My Husband Has A Very Painful Bunion On The Outside

My husband has a very painful bunion on the outside of his foot and also two hammer toes. We have a doctor who we very much trust and she is talking about surgery. Naturally, we are concerned about the risks. My husband also has Parkinson's disease but had two very successful total knee replacements 20 months ago and 17 months ago.
