My Husband Has An Ulcer On His Lower Leg, Which

My husband has an ulcer on his lower leg, which became inflamed with cellulitis on Saturday. This is the second time he has had this this year, and the second time ever. The out of hours doctor prescribed flucloxiicillin over the phone, and siad she would fax it to our pharmacist. However, when I collected it, she had prescribed clarithromycin. He started taking that yesterday, but today still has feelings of slight nausea and his foot has become sore, and acquired a sore on it, and is inflamed. Should we contact the out of hours team again this evening, or just wait for our own doctor tomorrow morning? Thank you
