My Husband Has Been Chilling Real Bad And Has Had

My husband has been chilling real bad and has had a bad headache off and on for the last 24 hours. Then he said his chest had some pains...what could be going on? He was real nauseated last night with the headache. He is on no medication currently other than an aspirin occasionally . He is resting now.
