My Husband Has Been Complaining About A Deep, Bone Aching

My husband has been complaining about a deep, bone aching sensation in both arms starting from the bicep and radiating down to the wrist. It first started close to a year ago just in the upper right arm but now it is the entire length of both arms. He says it is a deep, dull, ache that feel more like in the bones than the muscle. He has gone into the doctors with this but has been told it's a result of stress. We both think it's more than that and it is getting worse.
