My husband has been diagnosed with interstitial pulmonary disease after suffering from Hammon-Rich syndrome. He was in hospitAl for three was and sent home two months ago. He doing very well on oxygen. We al oust lost him in August, yet he is doing so well and is feeling strong. He is on 49 mg of prednisone daily. What could his prognosis be considering he also has mylodysplastic syndrome.?
