My Husband Has Been Diagnosed With Stage 4 Lung Cancer.

My husband has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. He has had a hip removed do to the cancer eating his femur. So, he has been , needless to say sitting a lot and has now developed an open sore on the cheek close to the rectum, which is painful to wipe. What do you suggest?
