My Husband Has Been Diagnosed With Stage IV Esophageal Cancer

My husband has been diagnosed with stage IV esophageal cancer that has metastasized to his stomach, liver, spleen, bone and brain. He was offered the FOLFOX regimen for treatment, but I'm wondering if this will do more harm than good for him at this advanced stage of his disease.
