My Husband Has Been Dx'd With A-fib And Congestive Heart

My husband has been dx'd with a-fib and congestive heart failure. He has a bi-valve pacemaker, implanted about a month ago, and takes a lot of medication, including lasix. The lasix was reduced from 40 mg a day to 20 mg a day, and now he says he feels congested and he's coughing a good bit (a dry, unproductive cough). When should we pull the trigger and go back to the hospital? Can this wait til Monday?
