My Husband Has Been Experiencing Cloudiness In His Right Eye

My husband has been experiencing cloudiness in his right eye and has lost most of the purifial vision. The doctor said that his octive nerve is not getting enough blood flow. He stated that there isn't any treatment, but wants to see him again to see if there is anymore loss to is vision. Is there a supplement he can tak to minimize any further damage?
