My Husband Has Been Given Stilt Respimat On Tuesday, He

My husband has been given stilt respimat on Tuesday, he has been shaking off and on since. Today I had him not take it, he said his head is cloudy and he is shaky especially when he stands up cannot walk without being shaky. He is 71 hrs old, has COPD and emphzemia, I am not sure if it's the meds or if something else is going on.
