My Husband Has Been Having Chest Discomfort. We Know He

My husband has been having chest discomfort. We know he has some blockage but have been told that it is either too small of an area to do anything or not blocked enough. However his blood pressure was 142/104, should we be concerned at this point? He is on blood pressure meds and still reading the above.
