My Husband Has Been Having Substernal Pain For Approximatrly A

My husband has been having substernal pain for approximatrly a month now. He has a hx. of small hiatal hernia in the past and angina in which two times been cathed with nothing found as far as blockages. This discomfort is a deep ache sometimes better with warm fluids but hasn't been helping tonight. No shortness of breathe B/P 150/90 High for him HR 50 No back or flank pain, no nausea,or acid taste in his mouth just general malaise. He takes no meds except Ibuprofen prn for general discomfort. He is 64 y/o genrerally healthy and active 6' 205 lbs.
