My Husband Has Been Hospitalied 3 Months And Has A

My husband has been hospitalied 3 months and has a feeding tube into his stomach. Last Friday the psch dr on staff prescribed him 50 mg of seroquel to calm him down as he kept wanting to drive his main at work and insisted his sister from Ireland was in one of the hospital rooms. The nurse is crushing the seroquel before putting it in the feeding tube. Also, he has a tracheotomy and didn't pass the swallow test today and I read that difficulty swall owing can be side effect of seroquel. I am writing you because this dr. Never wants to speak to me yet the hospital says I have the right to speak to every dr. I am really worried about the crushed seroquel and I want my husband to start eating again. Thank you. Sorry so long. Regina
