My Husband Has Been On Crestor And Trilipix For 3

My husband has been on Crestor and Trilipix for 3 years with regular bloodwork. Today dr. said is CPK is over 1000 and stop both meds. Should we be concerned?? If caused by the meds, will stopping them halt any possible damage. He faithfully gets bloodwork every 6 months. This is the first flag.
