My Husband Has Been Suffering With Kidney Stones. He's Had

My husband has been suffering with Kidney stones. He's had surgery for the right side to remove stones. A week later he is suffering with the left side kidney stone which is much smaller than the right side. His doctor put him on Tamsulosin HCL to break down the stone so it can travel to the urethra. Unfortunately he has been suffering with pain but feels the pain moving from up to down so we think the medication is working. What his main concern is right now is that he is bloated and is vomiting and has not had a BM in two days since his last constipation of 3 days.
