My Husband Has Been Told He May Have Pancreatic Cancer.

My husband has been told he may have pancreatic cancer. He has had 1 MRI showing a mass? of a type that is laying on the appendix. They are now going to do another MRI to determine what this sack is and possibly take some fluid from it however it is very dangerous apparently if this sack erupts. Can you help me make some sense out of this if possible.
