My Husband Has Been Vomiting All Evening. He Is 73

My husband has been vomiting all evening. He is 73 and generally in good health. I assume he has the flu. His fever was as high as 102, but goes back to normal. I am giving him crushed ice, a little at a time. At what point should I call the paramedics? We don't have a personal doctor where we are at the moment.
