My Husband Has Cold Feet And Toes All The Time.

My husband has cold feet and toes all the time. However the bottom of his feet sweats when he walks on the carpet or is wearing socks, shoes, or sandals. The only time the foot is completely dry is when they are bare and propped up. He is also in pain because of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
