My Husband Has Complex Medical Issues. He Has End Stage

My husband has complex medical issues. He has end stage renal failure and had a mild heart attack a week ago combined with 2nd grade pneumonia. His medication list is long but he has been prescribed 180 of druse idle as part of his new drug prescription. This drug was discontinued earlier but resumed as part of his treatment for fluid overload. My question is gout has appeared suddenly and painfully could that
be in any connected and his tongue is tingling and sensitive is that connected. Frusemide plus another blood thinner are his only new medication. Thank you Ann Wilson Wall
