My Husband Has Developed A Rash Parts Of His Body

My husband has developed a rash parts of his body that itches like crazy at night they come and go .. But before that he had bite marks and scabs even on his penis then weeks later this rash came out of no where .. It comes and goes and I'm afraid cause I have a 9 month old
