My Husband Has Difficulty Lifting His Right Leg. It Is

My husband has difficulty lifting his right leg. It is basically dragged, and he cannot walk without holding on to walls, etc. When driving he has difficulty telling whether his foot is on the gas or on the brake. It is very scary and he has been to many doctors and has not been able to be diagnosed correctly.
