My Husband Has Extreme Pressure In His Upper Abdomen. This

My husband has extreme pressure in his upper abdomen. This has been happening on and and off for about 8 weeks. He has also been having bouts of constipation. He feels sick at his stomach but can't vomit. He said the pressure makes him feel like he is going to explode.
