My Husband Has Fallen Twice Due To Dizziness Over 4

My husband has fallen twice due to dizziness over 4 month period. Immediate headache, wants to sleep afterwards, has memory loss next day....small things he can't remember. He is 58, had a cat scan today that was clear, had heart exam, came back good. Waiting on blood results. What could this be
