My Husband Has Had 2 Heart Sgurgeries. He Is Now

My husband has had 2 heart sgurgeries. He is now getting severe headaches in the tempols. There daily and no medications have worked, including seizure medication. He is also having blackouts to where he can't remember anything Right before or after. This last one came with a severe headache right after and caused him to vomit. No doctors can seem to help
