My Husband Has Had A Fever, Chills, Sweats For Over

My husband has had a fever, chills, sweats for over 6 weeks now. They come and go. We have been to the er and have had several blood work, urine, chest xrays, flu tests done. All tests came back normal. The Dr says he can't find anything wrong. Blood work included cultures that came back normal.
