My Husband Has Had Blood Stains In The Front Of

My husband has had blood stains in the front of his underwear for the last couple of days. He reports some burning during urination and blood from penis at the end of urination. He had a complete physical a couple of months ago and all was well including prostate. He is 53 and in good general health. I am concerned it's a prostate problem that went undetected at his physical. Thoughts?
