My Husband Has Had Lithrotripsy On Tuesday. His Stent Was
My husband has had lithrotripsy on Tuesday. His stent was dislodged late Wednesday evening and he removed the stent. This caused tremendous pain. I drove him to ER early Thursday morning (1 am). he was given intravenous medication sent home at 7am. We arrived home, i gave him a light breakfast and he slept for a few hours. at 1 pm he awoke again in over the top pain. i took him back to the ER. They again gave him pain medication. He now has chills and a slight fever, burping, frequent urination (every 5 minutes) smelly urine and back pain. I am now having a hard time convincing him to go back to the ER. Should we just ride this out. At what point is it critical for me to take him in?
