My Husband Has Had Two Surgeries On His Testicle -

My husband has had two surgeries on his testicle - leaking hydro seal - last surgery his testicle never dropped - now he is in pain because the testicle is up by his pelvis bone (he explains its like in his groin). We no longer live near where he had the previous surgeries- should he go to a urologist?
