My Husband Has Haddock Blood Pressure All Day 138/87. He

My husband has haddock blood pressure all day 138/87. He is 68 years old. But pulse registered on my blood pressure machine at 41 and 45 . He also had severe heartburn and burping most of the day. Sixteen years ago he had stents put in not close to the heart. On the left side , but not close to heart. Do I need to take him to Ed. He clearly has indigestion, also spent last four days in another state in the hospital with his father who has pneumonia at up 94. Thanks. Karin
