My Husband Has Has Extreme Sinus Problems Since He Was

My husband has has extreme sinus problems since he was young. He begins by snorting, then a headache and an extreme neck ache. The old Sudafed used to work better then any others but now not even that helps. I constantly worry that he's not getting enough oxygen. Please help.
