My Husband Has Heart Disease, Copd, And Had A Stroke

My husband has heart disease, copd, and had a stroke 16 months ago. The doctors administered the "miracle drug" successfully to stop the stroke. He has been on lisinopril and omeprazole Dr ever since. I am now told that the interaction of the two could increase his chances of heart attack or stroke. Is this true?
