My Husband Has Heart Failure And Kidney Problems. He Was

My husband has heart failure and kidney problems. He was in hospital three months ago for over two weeks to get rid of fluid. His furosemide was changed to bumetaside and he was OK until recently but now is full of fluid again. Mainly his stomach which we were told at hospital stops the durettics working. What else can be done for him please
