My Husband Has High Triglycerides Level Only (not Total Cholestrol).

My husband has high triglycerides level only (not total cholestrol). one dr had prescribe rozavel f. but on taking this tablet and maintaining strict diet, he started having side effects like palpitation, dizziness et. so we visited another dr (abroad) and that doctor had said that this tablet was too aggressive as his triglycerides only was high.. kindly advise
