My Husband Has Incontinent Issues And Has Now Been Dealing

My husband has incontinent issues and has now been dealing with anxiety and depression. He is just getting over a UTI having been on meds for almost 3 weeks. He is also taking .5mg of Xanax occasionally for his anxiety.
The problem is he is very irritable and bites people's heads off. Just wondering if I need to take him to the dr. He is usually a very tender, kind person - not irritable.
