My Husband Has Low Blood Sodium And Suffers From High

My husband has low blood sodium and suffers from high blood pressure. He was released from hospital yesterday. While there, be was given iv fluids, potassium chloride, I think. Blood test showed level at 126 and day if dismissal (yesterday) was 131. Today he feels like it has dropped again. Feels sick on his stomach, tired and weak. Sleeping slot. 126 was as low as it went. At 131 they dismissed him. They want him to stay on a low sodium diet due to high blood pressure. What can be done to bring his sodium level up? And this is a holiday weekend. No dr offices are open.
