My Husband Has Neuropathy His Toes And Heels He Says

My husband has neuropathy his toes and heels he says are numb , he is trying to lose weight ,but still has a hard time to walk , is there something that can be done , to get him to feel better , he also says they feel like ten pounds each . can he take anything for this to help him to walk again
