My Husband Has Pad And Has Lost Both Legs Hr

My husband has pad and has lost both legs hr also has two aortic aneurysm outside of his stomach the last three days he has been feeling sick to hos stomach and sleeping a lot has not ate much the last two days his stomach has been cramping and he will be just sotting there and start sweating no fever he may hust need to have a bowel movement im concern is about the anurisms they were checked about sixonths ago and were at 3 what should we do your opinion please
