My Husband Has Pain In His Back Around The Kidney

My husband has pain in his back around the kidney area, he has heartburn almost all of the time unless he takes Prilosec and has for many, many years. He also has blood in his stool that is red, and suffers from hypoglycemia. When he eats a meal in 15 minutes he often feels like he is starving again. In the morning he is nauseous, light headed and often has a racing heart rate, and feels fatigued. He also has feet pain, and extremely odorous feet. We are not sure what doctor to consult because whenever we go to the family doctors in our small town they say he is healthy and his numbers from health fairs show good numbers. What do we do next?
