My Husband Has Pain In His Lower Pelvic Area. This

My husband has pain in his lower pelvic area. This started four days ago after strenuous physical work in 100 degree heat index conditions. He does not have trouble going to the bathroom or eating. The pain is not constant. He says he feels some pressure and pain.
