My Husband Has Painful Stomach Cramps, With Vomiting And Diahrrea.

My husband has painful stomach cramps, with vomiting and diahrrea. As well he feels like he needs to urinate, but can't. Fever and chills and weakness as well. No one else we had dinner with last night is sick. Symptoms started this morning. Any ideas?
