My Husband Has Recently Had Two Toes Amputated As A

My husband has recently had two toes amputated as a result of long term type 2 diabetes. Cellulitis, osteomyelitis and MRSA were also present but are no longer due to Vanco and Unisen IV infusions. Currently he is complaining of very uncomfortable bloating and shortness of breath. He has not had a history of heart problems perviously. Could his current symptoms be heart difficulty?
