My Husband Has Small Lump In His Back ( Lumber

My husband has small lump in his back ( lumber region) for years , now become red and tender and increase in size, pinpoint pustule is seen in the middle of the lump. Though taking Amoxillin and flucloxacillin 500 tds not improved for 5 days. Could you please any advice?
